Nikki Phillips set to fire Pristine forward with a bang!            

 Pristine Washrooms show confidence in the market and a belief in their own growth strategy by adding a dynamic new business development manager to the team with the intention of building its market share.

Nikki has 13 years’ experience developing new business with clients in industries as diverse as hospitality, facilities, financial planning & recruitment services. She has a keen sense of achieving the right solutions for each of her individual clients using a consultative & professional approach. Whether working on high value, high profile projects or local SME’s, Nikki always takes a collaborative approach & takes the lead in delivering high quality results ensuring value for money. She is proud of the relationships she has developed with her clients & strives to understand their individual businesses & circumstances.
 
Prior to joining Pristine Washrooms Nikki has worked with large multi-national organisations & SME’s providing them with recruitment solutions & previous to that providing laundry & washroom solutions across the UK.
 
Based in Lancaster, Nikki enjoys watching football (particularly her beloved Manchester United) with her little boy, spending time with her friends & family & attending concerts & gigs.
