BIBAs 2015 – Close but no cigar!

Friday night at the BIBAs 2015, unfortunately, we left empty handed and but we did feel proud of our company and how we all work as a team.

The night was full of glitz and glamour and to be short-listed as a finalist in the “Excellence in Customer Care” was a real achievement.  We take more positives than negatives from the whole process and will come back stronger, and wiser next year.

AMSS MD, Adrian Cresswell added “It was a great night, spent with the team who truly do deliver exceptional levels of customer service on a daily basis. Although we didn’t win, socially, the night out with the guys was equally as powerful and has spurred us into working hard to enter again next year.”
