Excellence in Customer Service BIBAs 2015 – Judgement Day

Today we welcomed the BIBAs 2015 judges to AMSS HQ. 

Our MD, Adrian Cresswell welcomed and introduced them to the support team and managers. We had only half an hour to impress the judges!  Adrian and the team made sure they were aware of our company values and our quest for excellence.

The BIBAs are the most prestigious awards in Lancashire and the process for judging is rigorous to say the least. The fact that they leave no stone unturned tells us that this award is worth something.
