Great feedback from clients!

We love it when we get feedback from our clients and even more when that feedback is positive as it shows we must be doing something right! Here are a few examples of ones we have had recently that we would like to share as it makes us proud. 

Heres one from Alan Procter, the Facilities Manager over at Lancaster University: 

“I have used AM support for many cleaning jobs over the last 9 years, some of the jobs have been one-off complex cleaning jobs which have required in-depth risk assessments along with very tight completion deadlines. I have complete trust in that AM Support are able to offer a service that is of a high standard. Lancaster University is in the fortunate position that it has won the best halls of residence award for the last 5 years I contribute some of the award is due to the extremely high standards that we ask for and receive from AM Support.”

We have another one from Mark Manifold, the Business Support Manager at Chorlton High School:

“The schools cleaning contract was created for a two year period with the scope to extend the arrangement for a further two years is the school was happy with the contractors performance. The AMS contract was extended into the second two year phase in July 2014. The process of awarding the contract to AMS took, due to a number of factors longer than anticipated. This had a direct impact on the amount of mobilisation time available to the company. Despite this fact and a number of TUPE issues the company met the time requirements for starting the contract and dealt with the problems most efficiently.”
